With the increase of beer consumption in China, beer production has also achieved several major developments. Washing wheat water, soaking wheat water, germination cooling spray water, wheat trough water, washing water, coagulating washing water in beer production; saccharification in saccharification process, filtering washing water; fermenting tank washing and filtering washing water in fermentation process; Process washing, sterilizing and broken beer; cooling water and washing water in the finished workshop; and some domestic sewage is the main source of wastewater generated by the brewery. Beer wastewater contains a lot of organic matter, and direct discharge will seriously pollute the water and damage the environment. In view of the characteristics of brewery wastewater, a combination of aerobic biological treatment and anaerobic biological treatment is generally adopted to reduce the COD of wastewater and produce activated sludge. Cationic polyacrylamide is a high-efficiency flocculant for brewery sludge. The use of high-ionic cationic polyacrylamide for sludge treatment has good effect and low dosage. After dewatering by filter press, the moisture content of mud cake is low. Due to the high content of organic matter in the sludge of the brewery, other harmful substances are lower than the requirements for agricultural fertilization, and the compound organic fertilizer can be produced by mud cake and other organic matter stacking fermentation. It has been experimentally confirmed that the fertilizer produced by this method can increase the yield of food crops by 10% in agricultural production.
